- Filling out Trial Experiencce (Temporary Work) Contract;
- Filling out electronic employee records and making entries in employee Work Booklet and Social Security Card (CTPS);
- Communication of New Hires to Ministry of Labor (Law 4923);
- Processing and listing of payroll advances and payroll and respective receipts/bank list;
- Calculating Vacation Pay and preparing respective receipt;
- For Work Contract Terminations: calculations of earnings and deductions, filling out apropriate form; filling out of Unemployment Insurance Notification, recording dismissal in employee Work Booklet and Social Security Card (CTPS) and Employee Record and communicating dismissal to Labor Ministry (Law 4923);
- Processing and listing of advances and payroll for automatic annual bonus (13th salary);
- Monthly Calculation of Vacations and Payroll Accruals and Monthly Calculation of Provision for Automatic Annual Bonus (13th salary) and Payroll Accruals;
- Filling out Bulletins on Earnings Paid or Credited;
- Calculating and filling out the following forms: GPS – Social Security Form (INSS), GFIP – Form for Payment of Guarantee Fund for Length of Service (FGTS) and INSS Information, Withholding Income Tax Payment Forms (DARF-IRRF) for Salaried Employees, DARF-IRRF for directors receiving pro-labore fees; Employee Union Contribution Payment Form (GR) and Assistance Contribution Payment Form (GR);
- Calculating Salary Adjustments based on collective work agreements;
- Updating CTPS and Employee Record;
- Preparing Annual Vacation Control Chart;
- Filling out of Contribution Salaries to INSS;
- Filling out Federal Revenue Information Statement (DIRF);
- Filling out Annual Corporate Information Report (RAIS);
- Assisting the company in order to follow up on full compliance with applicable legislation;
- Consulting and general advices.
